Memorial Hermann was seeking an outside voice to weigh in on special projects.
The Situation
Memorial Hermann is the largest medical care provider in the largest medical center in the United States. Offering services in over 100 specialties through more than 1,500 practitioners, the organization needs to communicate with an extremely diverse demographic. The target audience is just about anyone who breathes. The organization has a strong and dynamic marketing department that needs to consistently cut through the clutter and connect with every different, target audience. Sometimes very special needs demand special attention.
Wylde Fyre collaborated with the internal marketing team on a wide range of projects that were simply too important to get lost in the constant flow of media. It was imperative for Memorial Hermann to get the message out to those who need it- for very specific, new offerings and serious healthcare messaging to the general public.
The Obstacles
The Solution
We collaborated with the Memorial Hermann team to learn all about their different departments- how they work, their target audiences, what they offer, so we could produce media that would perfectly align with the organization’s goals. We did a deep dive into the needs of the staff and the needs of their patients.
Then we crafted materials that were specific for each project, whether it was branding for the birth of a new clinic, sharing a lifesaving story or producing educational videos for the general health and wellbeing of the community.
